Business Succession workshops are being held in many areas of the state this spring, in order to educate business owners on how to sustain a company before and during the transition to new leadership. Topics include positioning for selling, positioning for buying, transitioning the business, legal and tax implications, and a discussion with a local panel of experts.

Cost is $75 for up to 4 people from one company. Workshop check-in starts at 5 p.m., with the workshop running from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. You can register for the workshop online at www.iowasbdc.org/businesssuccession.aspx, or fill out a paper copy of the form at your nearest Small Business Development Center.
